We are excited to announce that we are now taking bookings for Inigo meeting rooms, hot desks and day offices online.

Previously, all bookings were taken over the phone or by email. It was effective, but in today’s fast-paced digital age, it fell behind the expectations of modern entrepreneurs.

Ultrasoft powers our new online booking system and allows customers to search for live availability of Inigo desks and meeting rooms and book their preferred room instantly.

Inigo Business Centres has meeting rooms in various sizes, from two-person interview rooms to large training and seminar rooms for 20+ people, at seven locations across the UK. While all of these meeting rooms are available to our business centre clients, they are also frequently used by external local and national business owners.

We have multiple meeting rooms in each of our seven Inigo business centre locations and can also offer bookings at a further 8 locations at our sister company UBC.

All of our business centre sites are close to major road and rail networks, and our meeting rooms are often utilised by businesses seeking a ‘halfway point’ to meet with clients, suppliers and investors.

Many companies also use our workspaces for team meetings, as they provide comfortable and easily-accessible locations for dispersed teams and employees based across the country.

Our meeting rooms are competitively priced and are available to hire by the hour or full day. Every rental is inclusive of internet access, Wi-Fi, flipcharts and notepaper. Catering options are available, many of our rooms have installed monitors for presentation and additional audiovisual facilities can be hired at cost, or customers can bring along their own equipment.
