The Inigo Business Centres team is thrilled to announce that Cheltenham-based Harley House has won the prestigious FlexSA Customer Service Excellence award.

The annual Industry Awards by FlexSA (Flexible Space Association) is a long-running programme that attracted a record number of entries this year. This is the first year that Inigo, which was acquired by UBCUK in 2022, has entered the awards programme.

Inigo’s Harley House in Cheltenham scooped Excellence in Customer Service for the South West region against very stiff competition. Inigo is thrilled to have won the award, especially given the incredibly high standard of other finalists in the same category.

Richard Johnson, Managing Director of Inigo Business Centres, said: “I am incredibly proud of everyone involved in the management of Harley House. Our team work tirelessly to build a positive culture for our clients and this certainly shines through in the regular positive feedback received by our clients there, and now in the Customer Service Excellence award by FlexSA. This achievement is very well deserved and reflect just how far our teams go to support our clients.”

The award winners were announced at a glittering ceremony at The Landmark Hotel in London attended by members of Inigo and UBC, who enjoyed the opportunity to get together for a reception, dinner and live music.

The entire team was in a celebratory mood even before the awards were announced. Inigo saw two centres become finalists – Harley House in Cheltenham and Castle Hill House in Windsor, while sister company UBC was also delighted to see three centres reach the finals: Rutherford House in Birchwood, Birmingham Business Park, and Forward House in Henley-in-Arden.

Reaching the final shortlist is a feat in itself, as FlexSA’s industry awards programme has become increasingly competitive and hard-fought as the flexible workspace industry has grown and diversified.

Jane Sartin, Executive Director of the Flexible Space Association, said: “We had a record number of entries for our awards, and it was wonderful to celebrate the finalists and winners, and put the spotlight on so many achievements of the past year.”

The team at Inigo and UBC would like to extend a huge thanks to FlexSA and its supporters for putting together a memorable awards evening and for organising a professional and well-structured awards programme.

A special thanks goes to our fantastic clients and our hardworking team at Harley House, who have worked incredibly hard and truly deserve this award.
